Whatever your ability or age we have a class for you. Below is a full description of the classes we run. All venues and times can be found here but feel free to choose a lesson and book a FREE taster session today. So we have a full range of classes to choose from. Any queries please ask.

LITTLE KICKER CLASSES (7-10 years old) - SEE VENUES & TIMES

We run special classes for the younger members of the club. These classes tend to be slightly shorter than a normal lesson and are a great way to introduce your child to martial arts. We run these classes in Darlington, Barnard Castle and Frosterley. If you can't make these classes don't worry we still accept your child into the older lessons.

11 years + / ADULT BEGINNER LESSONS - SEE VENUES & TIMES

Our normal lessons are open to everyone, from beginners to black belts and from juniors to adults. Being an open lesson creates a friendly family orientated lesson. It means families can train together and learn at the same time. Also the black belts are on hand to help so you get more one on one time. In most lessons we have a total mix of adults and children and beginners and experienced members. Everyone is welcome to come and join us and learn.

FAMILY LESSONS - SEE VENUES & TIMES

Most of our lessons include lots of families who enjoy training together. If you want to train with the kids simply book onto an Adult beginner lesson and the kids are welcome. (7 years +)

OVER 50's CLASSES - SEE VENUES & TIMES

We also provide a special Over 50's class at Barnard Castle every Tuesday morning. We hope in the future to get funding to open classes in more areas so please get in touch if you are interested. Many Over 50's train in the normal lessons though and cope perfectly fine. We can adjust your training to suit your physical abilities so please don't worry simply send us an email and we will talk you through the options.
